Applications

Remote operation of a device console

The AG-160-95 adaptive gripper was used to complete remote control operation of an equipment station with precise positioning and force control.

Random grasping and positioning

The AG series electric gripper and industrial robots were used to complete the random grasping and positioning of specially shaped objects.

VR teleoperated grasping application

The DH-3 three-finger adaptive gripper was used together with a collaborative robot arm to perform VR remote grasping through the relevant programs. The collaborative robot arm and the electric gripper follow the operator's movements to complete the grasping task.

Car door testing

In car door opening and closing reliability testing, the DH-3 electric gripper replaces many scenarios that require manual operation and precise force control.

Task challenges: precise force control, position control, position repeat accuracy

Holding a paper cup to complete coffee brewing

AG-160-95 adaptive grippers were used together with a dual-arm collaborative robot to perform complex and delicate actions such as holding paper cups, brewing coffee, and adding milk.

Shelf picking and mobile handling

The “electric gripper + collaborative robot + AGV” combination was applied in the new retail space to complete shelf picking and mobile handling operations, with a fully unmanned delivery process.

Ice cream making

In the new retail sector, the AG-160-95 adaptive gripper was used to complete the production of ice cream cones.

Task challenges: precise force control, position control, position repeatability, fast movement.

Loading and unloading in automotive parts assembly

This application in the automotive parts industry uses collaborative robots with the AG-160-95 adaptive electric gripper. Humans and machines worked together to complete precise loading and unloading tasks in the automotive parts assembly process.

Automotive fog lamp assembly

On the automotive fog lamp assembly line, the AG-160-95 electric gripper was used together with collaborative robots to complete complex task processes.

Loading and unloading with visual inspection in automotive parts

The AG-160-95 electric gripper was used together with collaborative robots to pick and place automotive parts and then complete visual alignment inspection.

Needle bearing clamping and assembly
