● External spray flux unit, solving safety, cost, space and maintenance issues:
The external, independent spray control system ensures safety and cleanliness and is easy to use and maintain. The new titanium alloy heavy-duty claw conveyor with profiled guide rail design and a stainless steel strip supported on the guide rail provides long service life. The solder pot is made of special materials with an anti-corrosion coating on the surface. Imported precision nozzles deliver uniform atomization and high efficiency.
● Major improvements to the solder pot:
Quick-release nozzles cut maintenance time from 2 hours to a few minutes. A grid-type mesh reduces mesh clogging caused by solder dross and extends monthly maintenance to six months. An optional automatic solder feeding unit reduces the effect on wave height caused by a drop in the solder level.
