This is a smart screen printer that offers both speed and usability. The GPX-CII is one of the most versatile models in the GPX series, offering high versatility for a wide range of panel sizes.

The GPX-CII supports larger panel sizes than conventional models, handling panels up to 610 mm.

A consistently rigid machine design, from the base frame to the print section, delivers high printing performance for ultra-fine patterns (0201 mm (008004″)). It provides flexible production support from small to extra-large panels and the durability to maintain print quality.

By fitting the machine with a ready-to-use load cell, the print pressure applied to uneven sections of panels and masks can be monitored and controlled in real time. Even when using heavy or long squeegees that are difficult to fill evenly, the optimum amount of solder fill is achieved at all times.

Secure clamping is achieved using a hybrid clamp mechanism. This mechanism allows users to select the most suitable clamping method (side clamp/top clamp/edge clamp) according to the characteristics of the panel. (Optional for GPX-CII and GPX-CSII, standard on GPX-CL.)

Backup pins are placed automatically and precisely at the specified positions. By automating the changeover work, this reduces operator working time and prevents defective panels caused by human error. (Available as an option for GPX-CII and GPX-CSII only)

The amount of solder is detected and solder is fed automatically as needed. As a result, printing is always performed with the right amount of solder and print quality remains constant. Using the cup and syringe as they are, the work can be completed quickly and without errors. (Option)

Thanks to a combined wet and dry mechanism that keeps operation to a minimum, these printers significantly reduce cleaning time. The range over which cleaning fluid is applied is adjusted automatically according to the panel width. Only the required amount of fluid is used for effective cleaning.
