By reading the marks and ID information on the panels in the production line, changeover instructions are sent from Nexim to the machines. When thresholds are set in Nexim for delays in production and productivity and those thresholds are exceeded, this information can be sent to an email address to notify the operator of the problem. The benefits of automating maintenance work are not limited to reducing workload and keeping quality consistent. Nexim also records operation history and inspection results. This data is saved to Nexim automatically. Nexim also monitors line status and notifies operators when maintenance is required, based on pickup rate and other trend data.
