Description
Designed to keep NG PCBs moving after the inspection machine without interrupting visual inspection or delaying production. In NG mode, when the machine receives an NG SMEMA signal from the inspection machine, the PCB stops in the middle of the conveyor. The finger lifter then raises the NG PCB. The next OK PCB can be transferred underneath the NG PCB. Depending on the operator's check result, the repaired PCB can return to production or be removed by pressing the foot pedal or the pass button. Only a single NG PCB can be handled at a time. In pass-through mode, the machine operates as a normal link conveyor.
