Product Features
The PGHL series is an industrial flat electric gripper developed and manufactured by DH-Robotics. With its compact design, heavy payload capacity and high force control precision, it suits heavier clamping requirements and a wider range of application scenarios.
Mechanical self-locking
When power is lost, the self-locking mechanism maintains more than 95% of the gripping force, preventing the workpiece from dropping during an unexpected power failure.
Miniaturization
Compact dimensions in the Z and Y directions and a lightweight body reduce the load and moment of inertia on the carrier, making the equipment lighter and increasing operating speed.
High gripping force, stroke and payload capacity
Single-side gripping force up to 400N, carries payloads of 8kg, and an 80mm wide stroke clamps workpieces of various sizes, with flexible parameters suited to production line changeovers
