Model EPC-300. Equipment name: Transfer Conveyor. Designed to provide a normally closed walkway across the production line. The PCB is transferred to the downstream line like a standard conveyor. The operator can raise the conveyor manually by pressing the Lock Reset Button. To keep the walkway open (500 mm), the conveyor is held in place by a gas spring.

Model ESC-300. Shuttle conveyor designed to transfer PCBs between different fixed rail positions. It can collect PCBs from lines or distribute PCBs to lines. Depending on the line layout, a customized shuttle stroke, inlet/outlet position and quantity can be applied on request.

Model EFC-2000 flat belt conveyor, designed as an in-line workstation for manual placement production lines. Ideal when the underside of the product must be fully supported, or when products of different widths must be conveyed without changing the rail width.

Model EAC-3000. Equipment name: Inclined Placement Conveyor. Designed for use as a linear workstation in a manual placement production line. The conveyor is tilted at a set angle (15 or 30 degrees) for easy access to the PCBs.

Model EAC-500. Up/Down Inclined Conveyor. Designed to be used as an in-line workstation for a manual insertion production line. This machine loads PCBs (from 0 degrees to the required angle) and unloads them (from the required angle back to 0 degrees).

Model EDR-300. Equipment name: Dust Cleaner. Designed to clean and remove dust from bare boards at the start of the production line. Two concepts are available: an antistatic brush type and an air knife type.
→Barcode Scanning Conveyor
Model EBS-500. Equipment name: Barcode Scanning Conveyor. The hardware structure allows a barcode scanner to be mounted above and below the transfer line. The operator can adjust the scanner position manually. In scanning mode, the PCB is held by a pneumatic stopper for the customer-performed barcode scan.
