Description
Designed to balance the production line between machines with different process times. A cylinder pushes the PCBs to stack them into the magazine rack and deliver them to the next process. The machine provides multi-purpose functions with a single magazine rack capacity. FIFO or LIFO modes can be selected for buffer operation. After an inspection machine, NG PCBs can be stacked in NG mode. Loader mode (ESM-200 only) loads PCBs from the magazine rack, and unloader mode (ESM-200 only) unloads PCBs into the magazine rack.
