Description
Designed to stack NG PCBs after inspection machines. Since the machine has a repair function, the operator can check the stacked PCBs and, depending on the operator's check result, repaired PCBs can return to production without any interruption or delay. The repair conveyor is located above the unloading conveyor. For stacking and transferring PCBs, an individual belt drive system in each slot provides contact-free handling conditions. The machine also has a buffer mode (FIFO) to balance the production line between machines with different process times.

* Review Function (NG Repair Mode Only) *
The machine can record the inspection result (OK or NG SMEMA signal) received from the inspection machine via SMEMA communication, along with the PCB ID received via RS-232C communication, for each slot PCB. When a stacked PCB is transferred (called) to the repair conveyor, the machine sends the corresponding PCB ID to the inspection machine/review system via RS-232C communication. The inspection machine/review system can then display that PCB's inspection result using the PCB ID. (Applicable inspection machine brands: Kohyong, Mirtec, Parmi, Pemtron, and Saki. Other brands require a feasibility check.)
